I'm not intending to blame anyone, as I'm facing the same situation as you all. However, there was someone on Twitter who managed to receive assistance from an EA representative. I'm not suggesting that his appeal should have been denied, but despite submitting proof and downloading data from the website to demonstrate my innocence, I still haven't received any help, even though this person and I had the exact same issue
