Bro this is so insane. My account was initially banned with no e-mail notification. When opened up Apex everything was normal, I could see the menu and queue up, but after about 10 seconds it went to an error screen that said "error: the client's game account has been banned".
So I opened a ticket with Apex and it was a huge PITA, took like a week. Was finally getting ready to get back on, then I get an e-mail saying I've been banned for cheating and my account is closed. I know for a fact I never cheated. Period. To make matters worse, since my account is closed, I literally can't even log in to EA to appeal it. I'm writing this from an old alt. I seriously hate EA and I hope it goes out of business.
