ALGS Online Tournament

Hi, I'm the manager of Geng Cangkung Kuat team as known as GCK which is currently registering for the ALGS Online Tournement #3. Just like last time, we encountered a problem which is "a member of your team has their account suspended.". So far, none of us is using any exterior softwares or getting bans from EA as we always play together and everything goes well. This problem also happened on ALGS Online Tournament #2. As a result, we didn't even managed to play for the tournament at all. I've reached out to EA by emailing them but there's no response from them yet. So, the question is what is the problem having us restricted from playing the tournament and the reason for us being restricted.

    Hi @imba7777. 

    I'm really sorry, but this is not something we would be able to investigate here on Answers HQ. The best course of action would be to contact the Terms of Service team so they can review the account. They would need to see if the ban can be lifted. 

    If you've already contacted them that is all you would need to do for now. They will follow up via email as soon as possible.

    Hii i saw roster lock for algs champion is 19 may, but today I can't change my subs for algs, because my teamated getting sick. can you help me about that, because I not see any anounchment about closing registrations

    This is a pretty old thread that hasn't been updated in some time, so I am going to lock it to prevent further necro-posting. 

    I'm afraid we don't really have a way to help with ALGS here on Answers HQ. I'd recommend sending an email to algsleagueops@ea.com if you have any roster questions.
