ALGS Registration issues "Oops we ran into an issue on our end"

Assuming you meet all of the eligibility requirements:

Try clearing your browser cookies and cache and retry.

If required, try using another browser.

This still seems to be an open issue.. I just checked and verified all the eligibility requirements and am also experiencing this error page (I have also cleared my cache and cookies completely) and all of my accounts are linked to my EA account
