I used the email address I initially registered with, which was linked to my Steam account. However, one day when I logged into the game, it suddenly became a new account. I was devastated and didn't deal with it immediately. Today, a friend suggested posting on this forum so someone would see it. Now, after logging into my EA account, I found that the registration time has been changed to 2022, the year the account went wrong, which isn't my actual registration time. I hope someone can help me recover my original account information and items. I've poured my entire university life into this account, investing a lot of money in in-game items.
