All my cosmetics are gone and all characters too

I was logging into my account to see that all my cosmetics for all characters were gone along with my club (which I owned), all characters need to be re bought and all gun skins are also gone. I have been playing apex since it first came out and have bought nearly all battle passes (maxing them out) along with some event skins. I am also max level so to re obtain legends tokens is extremely long. If I go onto my characters there are all my stats and the badges are there but sadly I can’t use more than half of the characters. Customer care just said it’s because I changed emails but I hope that this is fixable. It can’t be all gone. Can some one help me or a dev since I basically can’t play the game to the fullest as it should. Please help.
