Hey @bobicatxd,
Had you played on or linked any other accounts previously? I'm not actually showing this particular account had added Apex in the past.
Were there any other emails or logins you may have used earlier?

No I’ve always only had one account, and weirdly when I logged on I had 2000 Apex Coins and I still had my Bloodhound bundle that I bought but I am missing the content from it. Like When I hover over the locked characters I’ve had I still see that I’ve had kills with these legends.

Also I had some problems with FIFA 22 previously and I accidentally unlinked my account or something but I got it fixed i think?
- 4 years ago@EA_Mako The same thing happened to me when I linked my switch all my unlocked legends are locked and all my friends are gone

Hey @Ogplayer2468,
Did you previously play on a different platform before linking your Switch?
If so, keep in mind there is no cross-progression currently, so any progress or unlocks you've made on a separate platform would still be available there but would not carry over to the Switch.- 3 years ago
I don't know how busy you are, so don't know if you can help me BUT I have the same problem here. The contact help page only gives one option, which is to go to the Answers HQ page here. I I already tried relinking my PSN account back to my other EA account, but it did nothing sadly. Is there anything that can be done? I was sure relinking it would fix the problem as it has for most people, but I guess not. (By chance i relinked it to the wrong account? Don't think that is the issue though.)
