All my legends are locked and I’m missing all the content I previously had?

Decided to install apex again after not playing for a couple of months. Opened the game to see that All my unlocked legends are locked and I’m missing all the content for the legends (badges, trackers, skins, sprays, emotes etc) What’s the deal?

Hey Mako, I logged on and got 65 apex packs and also over 60k Legend Tokens and 2000 apex coins. I guess someone from EA gave it to me? I’m fine with that. More than happy haha .

Hey @Ogplayer2468,

Did you previously play on a different platform before linking your Switch?

If so, keep in mind there is no cross-progression currently, so any progress or unlocks you've made on a separate platform would still be available there but would not carry over to the Switch.

I don't know how busy you are, so don't know if you can help me BUT I have the same problem here. The contact help page only gives one option, which is to go to the Answers HQ page here. I I already tried relinking my PSN account back to my other EA account, but it did nothing sadly. Is there anything that can be done? I was sure relinking it would fix the problem as it has for most people, but I guess not. (By chance i relinked it to the wrong account? Don't think that is the issue though.)
