All my skins are gone

Sorry to hear your skins seem to have gone missing. It sounds like you were trying to get this fixed up by re-linking your Steam back to the correct EA account, which is a good thing to check first.

If there are any other emails that may have been used, it might be worth checking to see if any of those could have been the original EA account with this progress. If you're certain that this is the correct EA account and re-linking still has not restored that for you, that would sadly be lost.

What are the risks?

When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, you can link it to another EA Account, but your game progress won’t transfer over. That means you’ll permanently lose access to: 

• game progress
• DLC, expansions, and anything extra you have for your game
• memberships and subscriptions
• previous drops and other rewards
• in-game purchases.

If you unlink a platform account that you use to play Apex Legends, you might have issues with Battle Pass leveling, item unlocks, and other errors.

We are not able to manually grant or restore content. While re-linking can restore that in some cases, if that wasn't the case here then I'm afraid this would be permanently lost as mentioned above.
