ALT + TAB MAKES MY GAME CRASH.

I Alt + Tab when I am waiting to be respawned and checking other things online. When I do this apex legends freezes, kicks me out of the game, and I get a 10 minute penalty and lots of ranked points lost! I can't climb ranks if my hard earned points go way due to crashes!

Windows 11 is updated, Playing on Steam I verified the integrity of my files, Windows is updated, Nvidia graphics are updated.

Help please!!

I wish someone had answers, I am also having dead ends and I still can’t figure it out why my PC RTX 4080 Super right out of the box can’t play any of these games on any of the platforms.
