Alters Tactical not allowing to go back through

Sometimes while using Alters tactical ability, after you go through it, if you try to go back through the portal it does the animation of exiting the portal but you dont go back through. I know when you exit sometimes you have to back off the port and then back on to go back through, but this one is different because it does the exiting of her tac but you just dont go back through and no matter how many times you try it wont send you back, just keeps doing the phase thing.
