am i able to merge with my hacked account?

so i play apex with my xbox account through the ea launcher and my account details somehow got changed (not my xbox account details, but the details when going to ea.com) and ive been trying everything to get it back when the thought came to my mind, i remember seeing the option to merge accounts and at first i didnt think to much about it but if i made a fresh xbox account is there any way i could merge my account the got compromised with the new one? i have proof of a purchase linked to the account as well as the name of the account its self/email of the person who took it (idk if this is any help just wanted to throw it in there)

    GooninToLoba​ Sadly no, your compromised EA Account has a lifetime link to your first Xbox Account, (which means you won't be able to link your second Xbox Account to your compromised EA Account).

    Note: Your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account as well.

    i know the email of the person who took my account, the account name its self and i have a purchase on my xbox account for apex coins how does none of that help me get my account back???

    We wouldn't be able to help recover an account or provide details about the situation here on the forums, sorry. You'd need to work with the support team to see what information they could use when trying to verify and/or update an account if you're unable to make those changes directly.
