Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

My apex account is banned but my ea support account shows no penalty nor does it show the reasoning for being banned.

 

My accoungt got banned on 12th of februari without me knowing why i made support tickets to ask how or why it got banned just to get he response: after reconsideration we believe we are correct in banning this account. Now the ban is not showing on my penalty history nor can i see my last request on why i got banned. 

Also the TOS team isnt replying to my request anymore neither to appeal to my ban nor to help me with the issue of fixing my game situation.

But if i try to open apex it still says that i am banned. Is this correct? Am i just perma banned?

 

(FYI i never used any cheats or third party programs unless you count the software for my keyboard/headset/mouse)
