Amazon Prime Loots

Yesterday I got a notification in game, which says ''Amazon Prime'', (notification under the daily quests) then I clicked it and it send me to the Prime Gaming page. I got Amazon Prime, I also Linked my Twitch Account. But in the Prime Gaming page, Apex Legends is not on the list. What should I do about it? I'm located on Turkey, maybe its location related problem. If it is, this still makes no sense.

    Hi @Spflexa, 

    Have you been able to claim any of the Prime Gaming bonuses in Apex Legends on that account in the past?

    Hi @EA_Kent ,
    No, It was my first time. I saw this notification on Saturday. 02.01.2021, but support tells me Prime Gaming Bonus ended on 28.12.2020. (dd.mm.yyyy)
    But as I say, I saw this notification after 28.12.2020.

    Hmm, I see. It sounds like there may have been an issue causing the notification to appear after the offer had already ended. Thanks for sharing these details!

    This is an issue for everyone i have spoken to ea and amazon.. hopefully this gets resolved soon
