An Application Using Easy Anti Cheat Is Already Running! (STOP_PENDING)

The title of this question is exactly what Apex says after I try to launch the game. This is mostly my fault, I forgot how and why but I accidentally deleted one of the Easy Anti Cheat files in my file explorer. Then after this I uninstalled and reinstalled the game on steam hoping this would also download Easy Anti Cheat again but now I am getting this error. I have done every single thing the internet has explained to do on YouTube tutorials, Reddit comments, etc. This is except for one thing which is going to file explorer > Volume :D (where I have steam saved on) > steam > steamapps > common > Apex Legends > EasyAntiCheat > EasyAntiCheat_Setup. Here a small window pops up and there is a button saying "repair service" below a drop down menu with Apex Legends already selected. I knew how to get here because of several YouTube tutorials that are all saying to do this. They said it was supposed to work within a couple seconds after clicking the button but for me after a couple seconds it says "Error: CreateService failed with 1072". I have no idea what to do now, and I would really appreciate at least someone attempting to help me with this situation.
