Can’t Buy Apex Coins

As you can see from the photo there is no option to buy apex coins both in game and using PS store. I’ve never missed a battle pass, this will be my first because of this issue. EU PS.

    Sorry to hear you’re running into that.

    If the Apex Coins option is missing both in-game and in the PS Store, that does sound more like a store or account-side issue than a normal in-game problem. Since you’ve already mentioned you’re on PlayStation in the EU, that context is helpful as well.

    If you haven’t already, it may still be worth trying a full restart of the console and restoring licenses once more. If you tried this already, please let me know. I can help you find out if there are any other solutions to help.

    I have the same problem and i can buy through the PlayStation store but not when I enter apex and I can’t buy shards through the ps store

    I’ve contacted PS Sony and they advised me to use a PSN gift card or use their browser website. Seems like they don’t intent on fixing the store listings issue. I guess many people will just not spend on apex lol

    Hi all,

    Thanks for continuing to share your experiences and the workarounds you’ve found.

    Just to clarify one point that was raised here: a full restart by itself would not remove your account progress or purchased content, since those are tied to your account rather than the running game session.

    I also appreciate everyone sharing the different things they’ve tested, including using the PlayStation Store directly, the browser site, gift cards, or deleting local saved data. If anyone else gives these a try, please feel free to keep sharing what does or doesn’t help on your side, as that context is useful.
