Anniversary event 2021 never got compensation

So back in 2021 I had bought the anniversary event for myself and got the lifeline heirloom, at the time though there was a bug that reset players apex pack counters, anyone affected by this should have gotten a free 5 packs and a heirloom, I had never received this compensation I have all the prove to show I made the purchase for the coins and everything I just want the same treatment as everyone else beacuse I feel cheated and I tried email but that didn’t help at all
