Others have been able to fix this by reinstalling Origin and making some adjustments to their network like mentioned here.
Have you tried everything from the Easy Anti-Cheat Troubleshooting Guide?
Yes I tried all these things yet. The only thing which is différent for me is the first step in the anti-cheat guide :
You should see the message: 'OK: connection successful'
I can't access the websites, are you able to ?

On both I get "200 - HTTP OK"

Did you link up your Steam account? Players have been able to get passed this by unlinking it. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Apex-Legends-Stuck-on-the-loading-screen/m-p/7426531
Are you able to load in under a different Origin account? (If you have another one)
