Anti Cheat Error

Hi, for the first time I have experienced such an issue and unable to resolve it after trying out multiple options online. Can I get some help?

I reinstalled, verified game integrity, tried to repair anti cheat for apex legend and somehow it always disappear show a game 12 or game 154 

which I have no idea what it is.
