I'm a console player and was banned from playing Apex for violating user agreements(which I've never done), I submitted my appeal but usually in a few hours the respond with the same generic message and i'm not even sure its being investigated thoroughly. Has anyone had a success or know of any other steps that can be taken
Community ManagerHey @Anonymous Please keep in mind that every time you submit a dispute, our Terms of Service team will conduct an independent review of your case and your account history to ensure that the sanction is appropriate. The response you receive is based on this review. If your claim has been denied after multiple reviews, it means that this decision is final and cannot be changed.
I understand what you're saying but it doesn't make sense for them to be able to do a thorough investigation of my account history for a dispute within an hours or less and respond back that we "We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Please do not expect further responses on this matter." I know that I won't receive assistance in this forum so I would like to hear how many people have received a decent response from TOS. I will continue to submit my appeal and hopefully I actually get this independent review of my account history and or a copy of the findings so that I can at least know that they diligently tried to hear my case instead of a generic message they send within an hours or two.
