Missing items.

I have the Bloodhound edition that i got the code for but have not seen any rewards in my inventory or any pop ups does anybody know what happens usually?

Prohax123 The Legend Editions have all been discontinued, so to my knowledge, any code for any of the Legend Editions may no longer work.

With that being said, if you had bought the code from an untrusted retailer, (such as Kinguin, Eneba, CDKeys, etc.), I recommend that you request a refund as those codes are not supported by EA.

I imputed the right code and everything but it has been 2 days since that and yet i still dont have my rewards i should of been granted any staff or anyone that can help please do i really would appreciate any help🙏

I did redeem it and checked on google to see if it was still active and it was and i have proof that i have claimed the code but yet did not receive anything

Hey Prohax123,

Where was this code picked up? Typically you should receive content within 24 hours, however in this particular situation it may be a matter of an outdated or invalid code, as this hasn't been available from major trusted retailers in some time.

I'm afraid this would not be something we're able to assist with, so in these cases it's typically best to reach back out to the retailer where this was picked up.
