Thank you. Here's a couple of suggestions that will hopefully help.

    • Cleanly reinstall your Nvidia driver. If that doesn't work, try rolling back to a previous known-stable release
    • Disable any overlays and recording tools
    • As a test, enable borderless windowed mode with HDR off
    • Repair AntiCheat as well as the game files

Let's see if this helps. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hello there. Sorry to hear about your troubles with launching Apex Legends. I'll try to help. First, what platform are you playing on? If you're on PC, grab a DxDiag report and attach it to a response here. Instructions for that can be found in this article. Thanks!

I disabled all the overlays and that seemed to work but I dont understand how that caused the issue

Glad to hear that helped! The overlays are interacting with the GPU so it's always possible they can cause issues with the game loading.

  • EA_Aljo Hey aljo i am having the same issue and many others on Amd and intel also are encountering this the game fully bricks in the menu or loading screen. I believe mine started after or around the recent anti cheat update. I don't have any Software that could Trigger then AC and other games that run on EAC like Fortnite Run perfectly fine i also tested old drivers no difference. Check my Profile for the full rundown of things i already tried.

Hello. can you start a new thread and tag me in it so this one doesn't get hijacked? Also, if you can get a DxDiag report and attach it to your post, I'll review it for any issues. Thanks!
