Hey @BeerGogglesFTW seeing some errors there so the best thing to do is go ahead and run System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-o...
Can you also try the game on a new Windows admin account to see if you have the same issue?
Let us know how you get on.

I've been running SFC /scannow and DISM on occasions.
My PC has no issues, yet Apex still needs to be reinstalled any time there's an Nvidia driver update.
Today there was a new Nvidia driver update...
Ran SFC /scannow... No issues.
Installed update.
Restarted PC.
Played Apex.... choppy. Low FPS. High CPU usage.
Ran sfc /scannow... No issues.
Reinstalling Apex Legends now.
I forgot to try as a new Windows Admin. I guess I'll have to save that for next time.- EA_Darko4 years ago

Hey @BeerGogglesFTW I updated my Nvidia drivers this morning and when I saw your post-tested APEX, not seeing any issues with it and playing fine.
Try the new Windows admin account if you see the issue again and let me know how you get on.
