Ap Apex Ranked Arenas

So I won all my placements in season 13 for ranked arenas placed silver 3 and was being match made against masters and diamonds the whole way to gold 2 then I got to gold 2 and started getting 12 ap a win no matter who I face be that preds masters anyone all I get is 12 ap a win and lose more than 20 a loss I cannot rank up unless I win multiple games your game is broken ea
