Apex 100% cpu use causing freezing and stuttering

after two days of the start of the season when they added a patch to fix the easycheat error i have this problem of the game constantly stuttering every 2 minutes and the cpu usage is at 100% all the time.

spec: gtx 1060 6gb, i5 7600k and 16gb ram.

what i already tried:

-graphics all at low

-updated all the drivers 

-disabled windows firewall for only apex

-changed thermal paste to the cpu and gpu

-disabled v sync

-ejecute the game with administrator privilege

and scanned for errors for the cpu using cmd

-clean uninstall and install ea app and apex again

-repair  

-delete cache fro ea app and shading cache

dont know what else to do.
