Ultimate battle pass split 2 purchased but not received

Yesterday when the new battle pass split 2 came out I bought the ultimate edition for 9.99 and was charged on my card and received a receipt of purchase, yet no battle pass or the extra apex packs were added to my account. I’ve never experienced this issue with any game and support has been little to no help. I’ve paid for the product so it should be no problem adding it to my account. Please EA help

    Same thing happened to me. Steam told me to contact EA and when I did they said there is nothing they can do about it. Their customer service is a pain to work with i even showed receipts

  • I was told by a support agent the following;

    I have added your name and account details in the list of affected user's. Team will fix the issue ASAP! I am personally stay in touch with my team for your case.

    And they have moved my case status to fixed? Feels like a total scam like everything with this company. I'll never ever give them a single penny in the future
