Apex 30 fps in game
I am experiencing an issue with my fps in game. As soon as I get into a match, my fps drop to 30. V-Sync is turned off and fps should be unlocked through steam launch options. I have played on 200+ fps before. The only thing saving me is to turn V-Sync on, so I can at least have 144 fps, but it is not optimal since it causes minor delay.
GPU: 2080 Super
CPU: I9 9900K
RAM: 32GB 3200MHz (2x 16GB)
Temperatures were around 60 degrees in game.

So I have been going through my game files and found out, that there was +fps_max 30 bound to my MW-Down
The folder:
C:\Users\user\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local
There is a file called SETTINGS, so look it through, if you are having the same problem
