GAme buffering since menu

Game is buffering from the continue screen. Drivers updated, integrity of files good, deleted configs, deleted whole game, changed Power management mode, cpu,gpu usage is normal, turned off overlays, dedicated GPU, ran DirectX 11 version, rebuilt shaders, lauched with Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling off and on, alt + enter x2, deleted video and settings config, turned game mode off and on, tried NVIDIA Low Latency Mode off and on, Cleard the DirectX shader cache. No clue what to do now.
