Apex 38% regedit fix for directx 4294967287 327684:1 error

- click on start button type in regedit hit enter, follow the folder directories listed then you will see this ab icon named Version type REG_SZ with version as data, double click it and change the 9 to a 8 in the data
there is another fix on the internet than changes the double digit data of the installeddata file above it but that didnt work for me
