Apex account banned for no reason after launching on Steam for first time

    Hey @OG_VSM,

    The account ban history on the website shows specific account actions, but won't show every type of ban or suspension, sorry for the confusion there.

    If you're just getting back to the game after some time away to find the account's been banned, I'd definitely take a few minutes to go through these security steps and make sure the account's been secured. 

    One concern there would be that someone else potentially gained access to the account, so that will help make sure you're the only one in the account before our Terms of Service team reviews this. 

    After that point it's just a matter of submitting an appeal so they can review the ban itself. There's a bit more information about that in the link below, but as you mentioned you've already created a case you'll just need to wait for them to investigate at this point. They should reach back out via email as soon as that's finished.

I recently went to play when my friends asked me to, I only played it a couple times on release to try. I was also banned and appear to have had no activity on my account (it has like 10 kills and 20  deaths). There was no record of any ban when I looked it up. I sent a request and I have already received a response from the ToS team surprisingly quickly given what others have said on here.

To my shock they said they were right to ban me, gave no details and referred me to the terms of service. How is this fair treatment? So disappointed with EA and it sucks to be powerless and punished for no wrong doing.

What are the next steps? I tried to reply but feel with how straightforward of a response I got that it will fall on deaf ears.
