Apex Account Banned (No Reason) After Transferring to Steam

I decided to download and transfer my apex account to steam, as I never launched origin. Was not banned before I transferred my account. Then, after downloading it on steam, BAM suddenly my account is banned. After months of not playing I get an email right after saying I was banned for not following guidelines? I haven't played in months?? How can I be banned if I haven't played in months???

I have tried submitting multiple claims now to get my apex account unbanned, as I hadn't played for months on end, re-downloaded on steam and suddenly was banned after installing on steam, and connecting my account. Every time I go to submit a claim for my account to try and get unbanned, it will not submit. It gives me the "resume" option, and when I click it the form shows that nothing is filled out, despite me filling it out multiple times over. I have been waiting for over a week now as well for a response, despite it saying it will only take 72 hours. This is incredibly frustrating as I just want to play apex and get my account unbanned as I was banned for no reason. But the only way to try and get unbanned is bugged is not working. This is beyond frustrating. 

  • You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @ladystarkx.

    If you have already created a case with the team then I would recommend waiting for them to respond. If you create multiple cases for the same issue then our team will close any duplicates cases.

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    @EA_Darko I hope so, I just got few emails that case is closed after an hour, and I still can't play the game

    Hey @ZdhuxXx, if you opened multiple cases then our team will close any duplicates.

    Hey @genan890 you will need to direct any questions related to you ban to our TOS team but if you are simply playing on a different account then there should be no issue.

  • every damn thing they say ur answer is contact the god damn tos team they not doing anything so u guys stealing our money and then ban us for no god damn reasons

    Hey @twitch_ckylz,when posting on AHQ please do so in a polite and constructive manner.

    If there is a sanction or ban on your account then you will need to speak with our TOS team as they are the only ones who can assist with these issues.

    I'm going to lock this thread as there is nothing more that we can do to help on AHQ.
