Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums, but if you'd like to raise a dispute, you can reach out to our terms of service team via the webform in the following article:

They can take a look into this for you.

Not all game-specific bans will show up in your ban history, but you should still be able to follow the steps under "Dispute your lock, ban, or suspension" in the article I shared to reach out to terms of service.

Once again - I have no button "I want to dispute a ban or suspension" on step 4

I think you're looking in the wrong place.

The drop down you've clicked on is to, as the name implies, manage your account. It's not to get extra help categories, for that you need to click on "See all topics".
