Apex Account Reset

Hi, I just logged into apex through steam and my account was reset back to level 1, i have no stats, and it is telling me to compete training to play ranked


i’ve seen your response to others issues relating to apex, if you could kindly help me out, that would be great

    Hey wysuamer​,

    Roughly how long have you been playing Apex before this happened? Is this an older account or a fairly new one?

    Usually in situations where you log in and find your account appears to be reset, that is due to unlinking a platform from your EA account, or simply logging in with a different account entirely.

    Are there any other emails or accounts you may have used in the past that could be checked?

    I had played for about 700 hours before and purchased some DLCs. Today, when I logged in with Steam, I found that my account was reset. Then I tried logging in with EA and found that it was still a reset account. Previously, I had associated my Steam account, but when I logged in today, I found that it was not associated with Steam. I remember my previous email was [edit: email address removed], but now I can't log in with this email account. I tried to change the password but couldn't receive the security code at this email. I think the data of my previous account might be on [edit: email address removed], but I'm not sure. Now my EA email is [edit: email address removed].

    Hey wysuamer​,

    You won't be able to post any emails here as these are public forums and that type of information should be kept secure, but the account you're posting with definitely does not have the playtime you've mentioned.

    Between that and what you're mentioning about other potential accounts/emails, it sounds like you may have just linked to an EA account that doesn't have any Apex progress.

    If you have an older account but aren't able to access it, please get in touch with our support team directly so they can take a look and help get the original accounts re-linked if possible.
