If you believe your account has been compromised, please follow the steps in this article to re-secure your account: What to do if your EA Account has been hacked.
Now, if the account is back to level 1, there could be a couple of things that caused it.
1 - The account that was compromised now has a different email address, and you're logged in to a different account.
2 - The platform you used to play the game has been unlinked from your EA account causing it to lose the progress
3 - If you haven't played since April 2nd, you might be logged into the correct account, and we can try to help recover its progress.

If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
