Apex account was Hack and Banned.

Hi in just wanna share and maybe get some help as its been 5 days of me appealing to get my account back/ unbanned. So it all started on the 12th November 2021 when I got home from work around 5pm SGT as I was away since the 7th November 2021. When logged in to my account I noticed that my Apex coins were missing and my battle pass leveled up without me playing. When I tried to hop on a game it kicked me out with a notice saying "Account client Banned". I did my investigation before filing a dispute and saw that my account was used on the 9th/11th/12th November GMT time. So I went to report everything with pictures and prof that I was away at that time and some of the EA help people I talked to even said that there was activities on my account during those time. I have filed a total of 13 cases and talk to multiple people in EA help, the first reply on my email told me that my account was involved in cheating and said that they wont change their decision towards it. After that every time I File a case i get instantly rejected or they give me the same response like its automated or I am being ignored.

Example: 

"Hello,

we received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.

Please do not expect further responses on this matter.

Thank you,
EA Terms of Service"

they keep giving me this response regardless of what I say. Meaning I'm getting the punishment of a sin that I didn't even commit and they wont help me even though my whole EA account got hacked with my information and everything they cant even help me with the BAN. Its very tiring and repetitive doing all these cases talking to people all the time....

I fell I'm not even getting any help at all.

Yes I have file/email I did everything I can do but nothing is happening and sometimes I get instantly rejected LOL.

Imagine spending money on their game just to get an effortless response 🙂
