The steam notification rebinds the EA account and the account becomes lv1

Hey @131743,
If your account progress was lost after re-linking an account, that can typically be recovered by linking the original accounts again.
This happens if you change which EA account your other platforms link to, as your progress is stored on the EA account side of things.
If you're unable to re-link the original accounts, you can reach out to support so they can see what other options may be available.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
