I'm bothering the owner of the original post, I'd like to use this post to express my displeasure with EA, please don't take it the wrong way
This is the third complaint, I didn't need to waste my time in the first place for a non-existent violation, are you guys AI? Are you AI's that don't read my complaint at all? Since I have almost all of the game time footage available to prove that I didn't cheat, please tell me what terms I was wrongfully banned for violating?
Before I finally played 2042, I updated windows 11 23h2, which caused me to get a blue screen of death whenever I played 2042, and I had turned on the game multiple times to get into in-game matches multiple times, but it only took a few minutes for the blue screen to go off, does that count as a violation of the relevant terms and conditions?
I was not sure if the blue screen was caused by the system, but I have manually updated the anti-cheat program through EAAntiCheat.Installer, uninstalled the anti-cheat program and installed the anti-cheat program through EAAntiCheat.Installer, all through the official in-game program, and I still get a blue screen of death when I enter the game, is that a violation of the terms and conditions? Is this a violation of the terms and conditions? After that, I couldn't enter the game at all, I thought it was my computer hardware problem, I even bought a new computer hardware, I wasted a lot of time and money to deal with this matter, I really didn't think it was because 2042 account was wrongly banned, who should be responsible for these losses?
