Account progress reset
Hello everyone, I haven't logged into Apex since 2023. Today, when I tried to log in, I found that my account had been reset. How can I resolve this issue？

jkahhw Are you logging into the correct EA Account, and are your platform accounts, (if any), still linked to it?
Also, Cross Progression was rolled out to players between October of 2023 and April of 2024, so if an account was previously banned, (or was inactive), it was excluded from the Cross Progression merge.
