If the hacked account was a platform account, you would need to go through the support team for the platform account that was hacked:

• Steam Support | Account Stolen
• Xbox Support | Secure your account if you think you’ve been hacked
• PlayStation | Phished (compromised) accounts and unauthorized charges
• Nintendo Account | Recovery Process

I also suggest changing the password for your email address as well and to turn on 2-Step Verification on all your accounts.
