@EA_Pulsar There are so many complaints because the objection is practically not working at all, so what are you guys talking about shelving it?
If your TOS team was doing its job properly, there wouldn't be so many complaints posted on forums and social networking sites.
The TOS team is clearly not doing a proper job. They're not doing any investigation, they're just scoring points by banning the general public for the right reasons, and cheaters and other cheaters are completely unchecked and forced on Respawn's security team.
You advisors are now just as guilty as the rest of us for ignoring this reality that has been pointed out to you so many times and saying all the right things.
How long are you going to ignore the contradiction of your own "behavior that interferes with other players' play" as you yourself have stated in your terms and conditions?
To top it all off, the advisors themselves are recommending smurfing, which is against the terms of the agreement, such as "create a new account and start from the beginning".
The decline in APEX players is not the fault of the game itself, but of your management.
You ban and ignore only innocent players and leave the truly cheating players alone. Who would want to continue playing this game?
