apex launching error

When i try to launch the game it says error launched game too many times in the past 24 hours and I only launched it about 3 times I was trying to play apex I'm a little new but this error is just ruining the games experience now I cant even launch the game without it saying the same message I'll wait till tomorrow but I'm hoping someone can help me solve this problem because I enjoy playing apex but I cant play due to this error message please and thank you if you know how to fix this I already tried reinstalling and resetting my setup but nothing seems to work so I came here for help thanks to those who can help me.
