Apex banning me for no reason?

I have also been banned for no reason from apex legends no email explaining why I got banned and the ban reason I get when loading the game is simply put banned I never cheated in the game hell TBH I...

Do you use any cheat for any other game, such as using Cheat Engine or a Trainer, these can be left running in the background and flag you for cheating by many anti-cheats/Games

    nope I don't cheat in games and have no trainer or engine installed
