APEX BSOD MINIDUMP ERROR - CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT (101)

Hi. I just got a new custom built PC, and have been occasionally experiencing BSOD's with this main error code in the minidump file. All drivers are up to date. Ran a Windows Memory Diagnostic and found no issues. Windows is completely updated. All drivers are updated. Motherboard updated as well, and no OC settings are turned on in BIOS. I can also upload the Minidump file. The error code mainly happens during launch of apex where as soon as I launch the game, it just either closes right away, or sometimes I'll get a BSOD with this error code in the minidump file.
