Apex Can’t See Cross Platform Friends

is it giving you a messages saying one or more EA settings may be hiding cross-platform friends? cause thats whats happening to me. I cant find anything to help either. 

I'm having the same issue.  I'm on playstation,  added an xbox friend the other day but can't see him in the friend list and can't find him in search

This explains how to set up cross play and "add" friends. That's not the issue at hand. Once crossplatform friends have been added they do not show up in the online friends menu. You're are friends, but you cannot see when they're online or not

This is happening to 2 of my friends as well as myself. We are one xbox, pc, and playstation. We search each other but we cant find each other. We can oly see our friends with the same platform. Please respond via email [edit: email address removed]
