Apex Client Lost Sound

This happened once so far last week and it just happened again, i joined a queue then theres just no sound at all after the character selection screen, then playing the game no sound, match ends and go back to lobby no sound

only solution is to close to desktop and restart apex, this never happened before the Soirée Event so Im assuming its a bug that happens occasionally its only happened twice though so not game breaking... but if It happens to any players before a ranked match you are setting them up to lose RP with no sound at all
