Apex closses in the loading screen xbox xs

When I start apex on my xbox xs i get the intro animations like usual and before or when the loading screen usually pops up my game closes on its own doing. Basicily i just press play and the game after 20 sec in it just closes.(a short black screen and then i get back to the home menu of xbox)

Is your console language set to one of these languages?
Swedish
Norwegian
Dutch
Finnish
Danish
Turkish
Hungarian
There currently is a bug that causes the game to crash if the language is set to one of those.
A temporary workaround would be to switch your console language to something else.

Im in here in distress hoping you can help me out, im unable to play apex legends on any device, ive tried 3 different ps4s, 1 ps5, on pc and on switch, game crashes instantly and nothing seems to help, no troubleshoot or anything, this has been ongoing for 5 weeks, i even lost completing the battlepass cause of this issue, you thinks u can pleaserere help me out resolvind this issue with my ea acc?
