Missing Ranked Badges

Hey guys, I've been struggling since the cross progression to get this fixed and it has been very disheartening to see famous Streamers regain their lost badges (ie. ImperialHal) yet I have yet to get any help. I've sent in 5 tickets to get some assistance on this and I need some outside help.

I achieved Apex Predator in Season 3, 4, 5, and 7 and my account still has the charms and trails for those seasons.

I DO NOT have the badges that go with them, and even the rank leaderboard drop down says that I was "bronze". I worked very hard to get that rank and spend thousands of hours grinding ranked. I really would just like the badges that I earned back and would be so grateful for any help that I can get.
