Untrusted System File Error

Ive got this issue previously but I was able to resolve it. Played on steam for a while then the issue came back but I was able to switch to EA and resume playing for a week and then the issue returned. Ive even gone as far as completely deleting steam and all its files and reinstalling with no success. Ive cleared my temp files and pretty much any other tricks ive been able to find. My PC is about 9 years old but I dont think my specs are the issue but ive included them just incase. Currently, once i launch the, it crashes right after I close the announcement pop up window in the lobby. Any tip or tricks would be appreciated.
