Any one can help me that my game always occur this error code after new season...

i cannot play this game anymore.. it always occur and punish me cannot play rank 10 mins..

i have uninstall pc and re-install windows, use other pc to play.. but the problem is still occur.

it occur almost every match... any one have same issue, and how to fix? please
