apex coin purchase/redemption failure?

so I tried buying 2 instances of 11,500 apex coins, but I get this instead? I only ever recieved 1x 11,500 coins. And everytime I try to get the 2nd one, It keeps giving me an error. and apparently the purchase history shows 2k pounds????? I am new here so idk if i'm posting it in the right place. But I really need help with this

edit: it's egyptian pound not british pound! I know i made it look like it was alot, but I was shocked cause i attempted it this many times without success. Can my account be out of this cooldown? I really am only spending so I can get the Ash heirloom.....
