Did you buy coins directly or redeem a code to get coins?
You mentioned you did this on EA, was this done on the EA site itself? (Instead of via the Xbox site)

i redeem a code to get coins 2150 and was done on the ea site

Have you done this before and received them fine on Xbox?

If so, (as far as I'm aware),  those codes are mainly for the PC platform, rather than console platforms.
You can still get these coins on Xbox, though with most of these codes, the game requires you to log in via that platform to get those coins.

So you'll have to launch the game via the EA App and once you've done that, the coins should be on your account, which should also be accessible on Xbox after that point.
